Coubertin's physical education and sports thought has been playing an important role in the world history of physical education,sports and human's culture.This essay researches the origin of Coubertin's physical education and sports which gives us some enlightment that comes from the following respects:(a) ancient Greek's thought of physical education and sports;(b)three thoughts and culture movements of modern Europe;(c)moderm English educational thought.
