幼儿教师基本体操教学能力现状与分析

Present Situation and Analysis of the Teaching-Ability of the Children's Teachers for Basic Gymnastics

幼儿基本体操运动是一项有利于幼儿身心发展的新兴运动项目 ,幼儿教师是开展基本体操运动的主要力量。对山东省 1 7市幼儿园 2 70名幼儿教师基本体操教学能力的调查表明 :山东省幼儿教师学历能满足 2 1世纪幼儿教育事业发展的需要 ,但是大多数 (86 .7% )教师基本体操教学知识严重不足 ,一半以上 (57.8% )的教师是通过再学习掌握和提高基本体操教学能力的。建议举办不同形式和内容的基本体操培训班 ,以提高幼儿教师的专业素质 ;幼儿师范学校应充实体育教学内容 。

The Childrens basic gymnastics is a kind of new sports and bendficial to the children.On the basis of the investigation about 270 teachers in 17 cities of Shandong Province,the education level of the childrens teachers can meet the needs of the education career of the children.But most of the teachers(86.7%) are seriously defective and inadequate in grasping the basic knowledge of gymnastic teaching.More than 50% of the teachers(57.8%) know well and improve their ability of basic gymnastic teaching through further education.So we put forward the suggestions that we should improve the profession quality of the childrens teachers,adjust the physical teaching content of the teacher-training school for children and compile the universal coursebook of the childrens basic gymnastics in the whole province.
