摘要
利用高分辨率分析型透射电镜对微细粒金矿未氧化砂岩和局部褐铁矿化泥砂岩矿石进行了分析,成功地观察到多颗粒度范围在5~600nm之间大小各异的超显微独立自然金矿物。并用X射线能谱仪及电子衍射分析鉴别了载金物相,讨论了超微金的赋存特征及其聚集复合现象。与其他显微分析术相比,分析电镜是目前研究超微金赋存状态的一种十分有效的手段。
Ultramicro gold particles measuring 5nm to 0.6μm in grain size were observed and analyzeddirectly under high-resolution analytical transmission electron microscope, which occurred in un-oxidized and locally weathered ores from the Carlin-type deposits. The occurrence of ultramicrogold and its composition are discussed as well. AEM is a powerful technique of studyingultramicro gold from the Carlln-type ores at the present, as compared with other microscopicanalyzers.
