摘要
本文通过在高校游泳课中加强陆上辅助练习进行教学 ,经实验对比 ,结果表明 :该教学方法有利于学生形成正确的技术动作表象 ,加速掌握游泳技能的过程 ,取得令人满意的教学效果。
Through analysis on swimming teaching stressed on land drill in colleges and universities, the result of this paper demonstrates that the teaching method is helpful for students to build up correct psychological idea of movement and master skill, and the expected teaching effect can be acquired as well.
