浙江省优秀运动员文化教育的研究

The Research on Education of Elite Athletes in Zhejiang Province

采用分层问卷调查、专家咨询、座谈等方法 ,对浙江省优秀运动队的文化教育进行了探讨。分析认为 ,优秀运动员文化教育的依从性决定了人文教育可作为优秀运动员文化教育的指导思想 ,藉以协调学训矛盾 ;改革体育总局系统内成人运动训练专业单独统一招生考试制度 ,确立具有人文精神的局部发展的人为现实培养目标 ,用面向学生、面向社会、面向生活、面向竞训的教育理念 ,构筑运动员的人文学习环境 ,在义务教育的基础上实行富有个性的“扬长”式高等教育。

By using the method of questionnaire, expert consulting and informal discussion, this article discusses the education of elite sports teams in Zhejiang province. The result shows that dependency of education is the guide idea to determine the humanity education for elite athletes. It coordinates the contradiction between sports training and learning, establishes the partly developing objective. The institute should set up the humanity surrounding by facing students, society, life, sports training, especially human relation. Based on the compulsory education, implementing the higher trait-education in university.
