摘要
本文运用心理学和哲学原理，结合训练、比赛实践对组织后卫观察能力的培养进行理论研究，提出了观察的条件及观察能力培养的方法、手段，为提高我国篮球运动水平提供参考。
This essay applies,in combination with the athlete's training and competition, the principles of psychoiogy and philosophy to a theoretical study of how to best develop the basketball guard's abili- ty to observe. It also makes clear of the requirements for gcod observation and the means by which good observation ability are achieved,in the hope of providing some tips for improving our country's basketball spxt as a whole.
