摘要
研究了HMβ对骨骼肌细胞损伤的保护作用及机制。应用地塞米松诱导培养大鼠骨骼肌细胞造咸损伤模型。结果显示HMβ可使骨骼肌细胞内钙离子浓度降低,增加骨骼肌细胞的存活率,使SOD活性升高,MDA含量下降。说明HMβ对地塞采松诱导的骨骼肌细胞损伤具有保护作用。
To investigate the effects of HMβ on skeletal muscle cells and its mechanism, the injury model induced by dexarnethasone was established. The results showed that HMβ could significantly enhance Ca2+ concentration and increase the Livability of the rat skeletal muscle cells. It also could increase the SOD activity and decrease the MDA content. The results suggested that HMβ has protec- tive effect on the injury skeletal muscle cells.
