The emergence of CAI has strongly impacted the entire tt-aditional teaching methods and concepts in education. This article, through the study of large-sized courseware of physical education technology, discussed the similarities and differences between this kind of courseware and purely thea- retical courseware, pointing out its own features, such as more motional materials a easy to get, which can also effectively prevent peaple from copying traditional teaching contents onto computerized teach- ing materials. In addition, the study provided general principles and methods for designing this sort of courseware.
