微生态制剂的发展现状及其对肝硬化并发症的作用

Situation in the development of microecologics and their therapeutic effects in treatment of complicated cirrhosis

微生态制剂在肝硬化患者的一些并发症治疗方面有显著的疗效。现综述近年来新出现的3类微生态制剂及其作用机制,着重讨论了肝硬化患者由于肠道微生态失衡而出现的一些并发症如:腹泻、肝性脑病、腹水并发腹膜炎、内毒素血症等的治疗效果。

Microecologics are a group of newly emerged agents with significant efficacy in treatment of complicated cirrhosis. In this article, the mechanism and the efficacy of three classes mi-croecologics in treatment of cirrhosis with some complicated symptoms, such as diarrhea, hepatic en-cephalopathy,peritoneal fluid complicated with peritonitis,and endotoxemia are reviewed.
