摘要
本文采用多种电化学研究方法探讨了氯化物水溶液中沉积锑的阴极过程。研究表明:当Sb(Ⅲ)离子在氯化物水溶液中主要以SbCl_4^-络合离子存在时,Sb(Ⅲ)离子的还原分两步进行,中间产物为SbCl(s),且存在着前置化学转化反应。
The electrochemical behavior and kinetics of the cathodic reactions of antimony( Ⅲ) ions have been studied on the antimony electrode in aquous chloride solutions by several elelctrochemical methods. It is concluded that in the electrodc process, the transfer of three charges occurs stepwisely with SbCl (solid) as an intermediate. Thermodynamic calculations showed that antimony( Ⅲ) ions present mainly in the form of SbCl_4^- complex. It has also been shown that SbCl_3 complex (aq) exhibits high electroactivity.
