摘要
窑法磷酸工艺是一种不用硫酸,少用电的磷酸生产工艺,具有原料来源广泛,磷酸生产成本低的特点。本文详细讨论了磷矿石脉石中SiO_2,Al_2O_3,CaO,MgO,Fe对窑法磷酸工艺的影响,研究了不同类型磷矿石对窑法磷酸工艺的适应性,给出了试验和电子探针分析结果。
Production of phosphoric acid from phosporus ores in a rotary kiln offers the advantages such as high availability of raw materials and low production cost due to little consumption of electricity and dispensing with sulfuric acid. In this paper the effects of gangues (e. g. SiO_2. Al_2O_3. CaO. MgO. Fe) in phosphorus ores and amenabilities of different ores to the production process are studied. The experimental data and the results of electron probe analyses are presented.
