摘要
本文简述了海域三级菱镁矿的矿石性质和生产现状。通过实验室研究,确定了反浮—粗—精闭路正浮—粗—精开路的浮选工艺流程.反浮选采用盐酸、水玻璃、十二胺药剂方案,能显著提高反浮脱硅率;正浮采用水玻璃、六偏磷酸钠和SM捕收剂浮选菱镁矿,效果显著。工业试验结果表明,可获得产率47.74%,MgO98.14%(IL=0)的高纯镁精矿和产率12.71%,MgO97.62%(IL=0)的中矿。
A brief description was made of the properties and present production state of Grade 3 magnesite ore of the Haicheng mine. Through laboratory experiments, the authors have established the flotation flowsheet——a closed reverse flotation and open normal flotation circuit. In the reverse flotation, silicon—removal ratio could be greatly improved using hydrochloric acid, water glass and dodecylamine, In the normal flotation, obvious separation efficiency could be obtained using water glass, sodium hexametaphosphate and SM collector. The results of industrial flotation tests showed that high purity magnesite concentrate containing 98. 14% MgO(IL=0) could be obtained with a yield of 47.74% and middling containing 97.72% MgO could be obtained with a yield of 12.71%.
