3种捕收剂对赤铁矿与霓石浮选行为的研究

BEHAVIOURS OF THREE COLLECTORS IN FLOTATION SEPARATION OF HEMATITE FROM AEGIRINE

本文研究了油酸钠、阳离子捕收剂十二胺及螯合捕收剂α—亚矾基β—萘酚对赤铁矿与霓石的浮选行为,探讨了药剂与矿物的作用机理。结采表明,3种捕收剂相比较,捕收能力顺序为:油酸钠>十二胺>α—亚硝基β—萘酚,选择性顺序相反。用α—亚硝基β—萘酚成功地实现了赤铁矿与霓石的浮选分离。

The paper studies the behaviours of sodium oleate, dodecylamine (Cationic collector) and α—nitroso—β—naphthol in the flotation separation of hematitc from aegirine, revealing the action mechanism of reagnets on minerals. The results show that the three reagents' collective power lies in the following orders: sodium oleate>dodecylamine>α—nitroso—β—naphthol, and their selectivitics rank in the reverse order. The successful separation of hematite from aegirine can be achieved using α—nitroso—β—naphthol.
