摘要
用CO_2激光(功率7W)和YAG激光(功率7W和56W),对12人次的不同部位的皮肤,照射不同时间,进行破坏力的研究,结果表明激光对活体组织的有效深度与波长、照射时间、功率密度有直接关系。YAG激光比CO_2激光穿透力更深。照射时间长。功率密度大者破坏力大。激光在表皮和真皮穿透比皮下组织中快,并对激光破坏力的各种相关因素进行了讨论。
The authors made the reseach of the strong laser's damage power to the living tissues of human body by irradiating 12 persons' skins with co_2laser (power 7W) and YAG laser (power 7W and 56W) in different times. The result showed that laser had direct relations with the living tissues' effective depth and wavelength, irradiation time and the power's density. The penetration of YAG laser was much deeper than that of CCMaser. This laser's damage power was stranger and it had longer irradiating time and bigger power density. Velocity of laser was faster in passing through the epidermis and dermis than in passing through the subcutaneous tissues. We also discussed the various relative factors of the laser's damage power in the article.
