摘要 总结了近年来国内外关于罗氏沼虾Macrobrachiumrosenbergii营养学方面的研究成果,从蛋白质、脂类、碳水化合物、维生素和矿质元素等方面论述了对罗氏沼虾营养学的研究现状,为罗氏沼虾的科学养殖提供依据。 The current information on requirement of Macrobrachium rosenbergii for protein, lipid, carbohydrate, vitamin, and minerals was summarized to improve feed formulation in the culture of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.
