在烧伤创面使用自体网状植皮64例。发现创面愈合时间,外观及功能恢复程度与网状皮扩张倍数及创面类型密切相关。作者认为,网状植皮一般适用于中小面积、功能部位、深度烧伤的切削痂创面;扩张倍数在1∶1.5时效果较好。

Mesh skin grafting has been applied to 64 cases of getting burnt in our center since 1987. We found that the union time, outward appearance and functional recovery extent of burn wounds were related compactly to the dilation multiple of the mesh graft and wounds type. Mesh skin grafting is applied generally to the wounds of small and middle area, functional re- gion and the removal of aschar of deep burn wounds. The therapy effect of the grafting is better when the dilation multiple of the mesh graft is at 1:1.5.
