Effect and Mechanism of Treatment of Hypertropic Rhinitis with YAG Laser

对30例肥厚性鼻炎,采用低功率、连续输出YAG激光烧灼下鼻甲肥厚组织,方法简便,无出血,痛苦小,无术后并发症,近期效果满意。并对YAG激光治疗机理进行了探讨。

The results of 30 cases of hypertrophic rhinits cured with low power continuous YAG laser output cautrigation are presented. This method was proved simple and effective. It caused no pain or bleeding and no postoperative complication was found in all the 30 cases. The immediate results of this method were satisfaclery. The paper also discussed the mechanism of YAG laser treatment.
