摘要 介绍了电能质量问题的分类以及相应的电能质量调节装置,简单说明了统一电能质量调节器拓扑结构和功能。在此基础上提出了一种新型的单相统一电能质量调节器的结构,该结构采用直流单元多组电容并联的方法来进行系统和装置间的隔离以取代传统的变压器隔离的方法。分析了这种结构的直流储能单元参数的设计和基本的控制方法,给出了该装置确定串联参考电压和并联参考电流的方法。最后给出了基于该拓扑的统一电能质量调节器的仿真结果,很好地证明了该拓扑的实用性和控制方法的有效性。 This paper introduces the classification of power quality problems and some devices of solving these problems. The structure and functionality of unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) is also explained. Based on that, a novel topology of single phase UPQC, DCI-UPQC, is proposed. The DCI-UPQC is isolated from the power grid by parallel connection of several capacitors in DC-link unit instead of transformer isolation in series or parallel unit. The characteristic and control method of DCI-UPQC are analyzed. The simulation results are given in the paper to validate the practicability of the topology and the effectiveness of the control method.
