摘要
目的 研究珍珠梅水提取物大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 大鼠皮下注射CCl4制备急性肝损伤模型,用自动生化分析仪测定血清ALT、AST活性;比色分析法测定血清SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量。结果CCl4肝损伤大鼠血清ALT、AST活性和MDA含量升高,SOD、GSH-Px活性降低;珍珠梅水提物和联苯双酯灌胃给药能显著降低CCl4肝损伤大鼠血清ALT、AST活性和MDA含量,升高SOD、GSH-Px活性。结论 珍珠梅水提物对CCl4大鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To determine the protective effects of the extract from Sorbaria sorbifolia with water on acute hepatic injury. METHODS The acute hetatic injury models were prepared by the subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in rats. The activities of ALT and AST were determinated by automatic biochemistry analyser, and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and the content of MDA were measured with colorimetric method. RESULTS After CCl4 treatment, the activities of ALT and AST increased and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and the content of MDA decreased in the rat serum. Bifeadate and the extract from Sorbaria sorbifolia given intra-gastrically significantly lowered ALT、 AST, and the content of MDA but improved the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the serum of rats with acute hepatic inj ury. CONCLUSIONS The extract from Sorbaria sorbifolia with water can protect acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in rats.
