复方前列治胶囊的制备工艺研究

Preparation procedure of compound qianliezhi capsules

目的 以传统中医药理论为指导,运用现代科学技术,对复方前列治胶囊的制备工艺进行了研究。方法根据处方的功能主治和药物成分的性质,采用正交试验的方法以多指标综合评分筛选出最佳制备工艺。结果 经三批中试研究,中试产品质量符合复方前列治胶囊质量标准的各项规定,其成品收率达94.5％。结论 该工艺连续生产的稳定性好,工艺条件合理可行,能够满足工业大生产的要求。

OBJECTIVE To study the preparation procedure of compound qianliezhi capsules by modern technologies under the guide of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine. METHODS Based on the function and indication of the formula and the properties of its chemical components, orthogonal design was used to conduct the multi-index evaluation and to screen the optimal conditions for the preparation. RESULTS Researches on 3 batches of mid-stage production were conducted. The quality of products accorded with the quality criteria of compound qianliezhi capsules. The finished products yielded at 94. 5%. CONCLUSIONS The preparation procedure is stable, rational and practicable, and it can meet the requests of mass production.
