恒康正清用于大肠癌术前全肠道灌洗的临床效果观察及分析

Hengkangzhengqing for preoperative bowel cleansing in colorectal cancer

目的 观察恒康正清对大肠癌术前全肠道灌洗的临床疗效。方法 将60例大肠癌患者随机分为2组,观察组口服恒康正清,对照组口服25％硫酸镁溶液200 mL加5％葡萄糖生理盐水注射液1500 mL。比较2组肠道清洁效果、对水及电解质平衡影响、患者可接受性、术后并发症等。结果 2组肠道清洁效果、腹泻后脱水及钠水潴留有显著性差异(P<0.05),患者可接受性有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),术后并发症无差异。结论 口服恒康正清是一种安全、快捷、有效的清洁肠道方法。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Hengkangzhengqing for preoperative bowel cleansing in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC). METHODS sixty CRC patients were randomly grouped into the trial and the control group. For the trial group Hengkangzhengqing was used to clean the bowel for preoperative preparation, and in the control group Hengkangzhengqing was replaced with 200 mL 25% Magnesium Sulfate plus 500 mL 5% Glucose saline. The parameters including cleaning effect, disturbance of water and electrolyte in patients, tolerance and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared and analyzed. RESULTS Cleaning effect in the trial group was better than control group. Difference in dehydration, water retention and tolerance between the two groups were significant (P<0. 05). CONCLUSIONS Oral Hengkangzhengqing is safe, effective and feasible for preoperative bowel preparation in colorectal cancer.
