乳化-溶剂扩散法制备布洛芬乙基纤维素微球 被引量:12

摘要 目的 制备布洛芬乙基纤维素微球。方法 采用乳化-溶剂扩散法制备布洛芬乙基纤维素微球,通过正交试验优选制备工艺;并对所得微球的外形、粒度分布、包封率及释放度等进行了研究。结果 该法所制微球呈球形,外观圆整流动性好,粒度分布为80~120 μm,包封率可达88%。结论 该成球方法重现性好,简单易行,体外释药试验表明所得布洛芬微球有明显的缓释作用。 OBJECTIVE To prepare ibuprofen-ethylcellulose microspheres. METHODS The ibuprofen micro-spheres were prepared by an emulsion-solvent diffusion method and some factors effecting the technology were studied with the orthogonal test design. The conformation, particle size distribution, imbedding ratio and the sustained release behavior were investigated. RESULTS The particle size distribution was found over the range of 80 - 120μm, the imbedding ratio reached 88%. CONCLUSIONS The microgramulates made by the method are regular in its morphology and it has fine mobility. The reappearance of pharmaceutical technology was good, the process for the production of free-flowing microspheres was simple and facile. The sustained release behavior was remarkable.
