Urban forests are the important composition, the window and soul of modern city. They have a close relationship with ecological environment and investing environment. So urban forests are been building in all cities of our country. Huaining County catch hold of historical opportunity and put up the great blueprint of forest ecological network system building for new town. This paper mainly introduce the guiding ideas, principles, goals and overall layouts of forest ecological network system building in new town, and wish that it has a demonstrating effects for other county-level forest ecological network system building in our country.
