发展社区服务业推进再就业的理论思考

On the Re-employment of the Laid-off by Community Service

本文先对国有企业下岗职工的结构性特点进行分析 ,阐述了社区服务业的特点和以发展社区服务业来推进再就业工程的可行性 ;在此基础上提出了发展这一行业需解决的问题及对策 ;最后提出了发展社区服务业的具体措施。

This paper analyzes the structural features of the laid_off workers from the SOE, illustrates the characteristics of community service and the feasibility of promoting their re_employment by community service, discusses the problems and the solutions, and offers some specific countermeasures for developing community service.
