摘要
在乳化炸药连续乳化工艺中涉及的问题很多,本文拟就其原理、设备布置、连续制药的工艺条件、原料制备的工艺参数及对连续乳化生产系统的技术要求进行了探讨,并对系统中的关键设备乳化器、冷却器的设计作了详细的论述。应用连续乳化技术生产乳化炸药取得了良好的效果。
Continous emulsification technology involves a variety of technical aspects in manufacturing emulsion explosives. This paper described t he principle of the continous emulsification technology, equipments layout, technological conditions for continous explosive preparation, specifications for raw materials and technical requirements for the continous system,and introduced in detail the design of main equipments such as the emulsor and the cooler. It is shown that the continous emulsification technology has achieved better results in producing emulsion explosive.
