摘要
碎石胶结充填料与尾砂胶结充填料相比,具有强度高而水泥耗量少的特点,因而在有条件使用的矿山值得提倡。本文分析了碎石胶结充填料的内部结构、最佳含水量、水泥含量、集料级配效果等因素与强度的关系,提出了合理地配置充填混合料的方法。
Rock Cemented fill has high strength performance and low cement consumption feature by comparison with tailing cemented fill, therefore in mines where conditions are provided the rock cemented fill is worth application, The dependence of fill mass strength on factors such as internal sturcture of rock cemented fill mass, optimum water content, cement consumption and effect of grading aggregate is analysed. Rational preparation method of this fill mixture is proposed.
