摘要
目前,实现M&M(Microcompule r andMainframe)集成环境的方法主要是把微机作为主干机的智能仿真终端.本文则介绍了一种使3COM以太网与MV 超级小型机互连来实现M&M 集成环境的方法.这种通过EIA RS-232-C 串行接口实现的互连系统是一个完全的点对点、实时、透明通信系统,它不仅可以使3COM 以太网中的每个工作站都可以与MV 的每一个用户之间以透明方式相互传送文件和实时信息,而且3COM 以太网中的工作站还可以仿真MV 的终端.这样,不但可以实现相互通信和资源共享,而且还很好地解决了MV的汉字信息处理问题.
The way to attain M&M(microcomputer and Mainframe)in(?)grated environment is mainlytaking micro(?)mputer as inteligent simulation termi-nal of a host,now.This paper introduces amethod which interconnect 3COM Ethernet andMV super-mini-computer to bring about the M&Mintegrated environment.The interconnecting systemby which EIA RS-232-C series interface accom-plished is a complete point to point,real-time andtransp(?)rent communication system.It can makeevery workstation of 3COM Ethemet transmit fi-les and information with every user on MV as ateal-time and (?)ansparent manner,and the work-station of 3COM Ed,e(?)et can simulate the termi-nal of MV.Thus,it can not only accomplish inter-communication and resource-sha(?)ng,but also reso-lve the prodlem of MV's chinese informationprocessing.
