摘要
尼氏钝绥螨 Amblyseius nicholsi 抗有机磷赣州种群,经正反交及回交试验分析说明该种群对亚胺硫磷的抗性由半显性的多基因控制,在果园间隔一年多时间采集的尼氏钝绥螨对亚胺硫磷的抗性基本稳定,说明多基因抗性同样可在田间保持较稳定的种群。
The results of reciprocal crosses(S_♀×R_♂)and(R_♀×S_♂)in nativeorganophosphorus-resistant Guangzhou population of Amblyseius nicholsi showedthat the resistance for Phosmet is determined by semidominant gene.The resistantanalysis of backcrossed females indicated that the resistance for Phosmet in thispopulation is controlled by polygene.There were not significant distinction for theresistant level in this population between two years,indicating that the resistantstrain controlled by polygene also can survive in citrus orchard longer,and keptbetter effect on control to citrus red mites.
