The two examples of using rapid TLC method to inspect the fake medicine

目的 快速鉴别奥美拉唑 (洛赛克 _胶囊和醋酸地塞米松片的真伪。方法 使用薄层色谱法 ,以硅胶GF2 54为固定相。结果 检出假冒洛赛克胶囊和醋酸地塞米松片各两批。结论 该法快速、准确 ,适用于基层单位药品真伪鉴别。

OBJECTIVE To determine rapidly whether omeprazole capsules and dexemethasone acetate tablets were true or flase. METHOD TLC method was applied, the stationary phase was GF 254. RESULTS Two batches of fake omeprazol capsules and dexemethasone acetate were detected among the specimens inspected.CONCLUSION The method is rapid and accurate, which can be applied in grass roots units.
