药剂诱导灰葡萄孢产生速克灵抗性菌株的研究

摘要 将4个速克灵敏感菌株的孢子以2种方法进行定向诱导,得到了多个速克灵的抗性突变菌株。直接加至含药培养基上诱导得到的抗性突变菌株均为高抗菌株;而以紫外光附加照射得到的菌株则既有高抗菌株,又有低抗菌株,且以低抗菌株为主,高抗突变菌株可在1000ppm的速克灵PSA培养基上生长,难以测定最低抑制浓度。而低抗菌株在50ppm的含药培养基上即不能生长。高抗性突变菌株在无药培养基上转代,每7天转移1次,共转8次,抗性程度仍未下降。只是生长速率有所降低。而低抗性菌株转移至第3代,即丧失抗药性。低抗性菌株在冰箱中贮存1个月,大部分丧失抗药性。 The four strains were all sensitive ones to procymidone after they were measured. A lot of resistant strains were induced by puting the spores of grey mouid on the medium amended with funicide or on the former situation by using UV light. The mutant strains were obtained by first method are all high resistant strains.The high and low resistant strains were obtained by the second method.the low resistant strains are the majarity among all of the mutant strains. The high resistant strains can grow on PSA amended with 1000 ppm procymidone and it is difficult to measure their MIC value; but the low resistant strams can not grow on the PSA amended with 50ppm procymidone.There was only a less decreased growth after transferred 8 times continously on the PAS meadium without fungicide and there is no decrease of the resistant to procymidone, but the low resistant strains induced in the laboratory will lose their resistance after stored for 1 month or transferred 2 to 3 times.
