易善复治疗病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝临床疗效评估

Effect of essentlal plus red on virus hepatitis complicated with fatyliver

目的 评价易善复在病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 选择病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝 136例 ,随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 72例 ,应用易善复治疗 ,疗程 3个月。结果 治疗组血脂 (TC、TG)、肝功能 (ALT、r GT)、B超脂肪肝图像及临床症状等项目的改善均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且无明显不良反应。结论 易善复治疗病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝对促进肝脏脂肪代谢、降低血脂、修复损伤的肝细胞有明显的功效。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of essentials and red saqe root on virus hepatitis merging fatty liver. METHOD 136 patients with virus hepatitis merging fatty liver were divided into therapeutic group(72 cases) and control group randomly(64 cases). The therapeutic period was 3 months.RESULTS TC,TG,ALT, γ-GT,fatty liver image of ultrasonic weve and clinical symptom in therapeutic group were obviously improved. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The therapeutic group has no obviously adverse effect.CONCLUSION Essentials and red saqe root can promote the grease metabolism of liver,decrease blood grease,repair damage of hepatic cell
