我院2000～2002年口服降血糖药物应用分析

Analysis of oral hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital from 2000 to 2002

目的 为临床合理应用口服降血糖药提供信息。方法 应用金额和用药频度排序法 ,对我院 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年口服降血糖药物的使用金额、主要品种及其DDDs值进行统计分析。结果 格列吡嗪、格列齐特为我院主要降血糖药物 ,阿卡波糖用药呈上升趋势。结论 我院近 3年口服降血糖药物应用基本稳定。

OBJECTIVE To provide the information for rational administer of oral hypoglycemic drugs. METHOD To statistically analyze the sum of money and DDDs of dominating oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2000 to 2002.RESULTS Glypizide and gliclazide were the leading drugs in our hospital, while the appliance of acarbose increased gradually.CONCLUSION The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs is approximate stable in recent 3 years.
