摘要
目的 探讨手术前经肝动脉化疗栓塞术 (TACE)对肝脏肿瘤转移的影响。方法 采用兔VX2 肝移植瘤模型 ,随机分为 2组 ,分别采用单纯手术切除和TACE +手术的方法进行治疗 ,观察治疗后肝肿瘤病理改变及肺转移情况。结果 经TACE治疗后肝肿瘤呈部分性坏死改变 (其中 2例完全坏死 ) ,肿瘤直径平均缩小 3mm ,TACE +手术组肺转移率为 80 0 % ,肺表面结节计数为 (174± 72 )个 ,均明显高于单纯手术组 (2 6 7% ,4 9± 2 8,均为P <0 0 5 )。结论 术前TACE具有促进实验动物肝肿瘤发生肺转移的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative TACE on the potential of metastasis in liver neoplasms. Methods With the model of VX 2 carcinoma in the rabbit liver, two groups were subject-ed to single operation and TACE+operation respectively. The pathological changes in liver neoplasms and pulmonary metastatic nodules after operation were observed.Results All the neoplasms in liver became partial necrosis (complete necrosis in 2 cases) and the diameter of carcinoma reduced by 3 mm after TACE. Pulmonary metastasis rate was 80.0 % and the number of metastatic nodules in the lungs (174±72) in the TACE+operation group, significantly higher than in the single operation group (26.7 % and 49±28 respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative TACE may enhance the pulmonary metastasis of liver neoplasms in experimental creatures.
