4种栽培樱桃花粉形态及其壁层次结构的观察 被引量:7

摘要 采用电镜对我国4种栽培樱桃的花粉形态及其壁的层次结构进行了观察。观察结果表明,4种栽培樱桃花粉的赤道面观为椭圆形或长椭圆形,极面观为三裂圆形,具三孔沟,表面具条纹状纹饰和小穿孔。壁的层次结构,从外向内为覆盖层、棒状层、基层、外壁内层和内壁。不同种的花粉形状大小、表面纹饰及壁的层次结构有差异,这些差异可作为鉴别种的依据之一。 Pollen morphology and Pollen wall Stratified structure of four cultispecies of Cerasus pseudocerasus in China were observed with clectron microscope.Their pollen grains are elliptic or oblong in equatorial view but trilobate-circular in polar view and tricolporate with striate ornamentation as well as small perforations on exine surface,The seriation of pollon wall stratified structure from outside to inside are tectum,Bacula,foot-layer,endexine and intine.The shape and size of pollen grain,exine ornamentation and the statified structure of pollen wall vary with species.These differences may be one of the basis to identify species of Cerasus pseudocerasus.
