常用农药对梨木虱的毒力测定

摘要 采用FAO推荐的浸渍玻片法,选用生产上常用的8种农药对中国梨木虱进行毒力测定。结果表明,莱阳种群2龄若虫对久效磷、氧化乐果、对硫磷、杀灭菊酯、水胺硫磷。双甲脒、氯氰菊酯和敌杀死的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为721.83ppm、277.03ppm、237.38ppm、100.62ppm、53.12ppm、37.86ppm、22.17ppm和5.84ppm。供试农药中,以敌杀死、氯氰菊酯和双甲脒毒力较高。不同龄期和不同虫态的梨木虱耐药性有着明显的差异。 The toxicities of several inseticides (Parathio、Omethoate、Monocrotophos、 Salithion、Thiogllinox、Fenvalerate、Deltamethrin、Cypermethrin)to 2rd instar-larvae of Pear PsyllaCPsylla Chinensis) were tested by means of method of slide dip recommeded by FAO. The LD50values of the insecticides are 273.38ppm、277.03ppm、721.83ppm 53.12ppm、37.86ppm、22.17ppm、5.84ppm and 100.62ppm, respectively. The LC_(50) values of the parathion to the 2rd instar-larvae、4rd instar-larvae and summer adult form collected from LongKou area.Test showed that the toxicities of delthamethrin、 fenvalerate、thiogllinox are higher than those of the rest insecticides, and also showed that the tolerant levels have obviosly difference among different instars and forms of Pear Psylla.
