摘要
以去壁低渗方法对栽培大豆品种进行了核型分析。结果表明:在大豆的20对染色体中,具中部着丝点染色体有16对,其中一对染色体带有随体;近中部着丝点染色体有4对。其核型分类为2B,核型公式为2n=40=2x=16m(1SAT)+4Sm。
The result of karyotypic analysis of cultivated soybean show that 20 pairs of chromosome consist of 16 pairs of median region chromosome and 4 pairs of submedian region chromosome. Among the chromosomes, 1 pairs of chromosome have satellite. The classification of its karyotype is 2B. Formula of karyotype expresses as follows: 2n=40 =2x=16m (2SAT)+4Sm.
