50名大学生阅读治疗前后SCL-90评定初步分析 被引量:62

摘要 目的 :观察阅读疗法 (Bibliotherapy)前后大学生 SCL- 90的变化。方法 :选择同一个年级的两个班 ,一个为阅读治疗班 (阅疗班 )进行三个月的阅疗 ,另一个为对照班不进行阅疗。阅读治疗前后采用 SCL- 90、SDS、SAS分别对两个班的学生施测。结果 :阅疗班与对照班相比三个月后阅疗班学生其 SCL— 90总分及除敌对、偏执、精神病性和其它因子外的各因子分均低于对照组 ,有统计学显著意义 (t=1.0 3- 4 .79,P<0 .0 1) ,阅疗班阅读治疗后其 SCL- 90总分降低值 (14 .84± 7.0 8)多于对照班三个月后的总分降低值 (4 .88± 2 .5 2 ) ,有统计学意义 (t=8.81,P<0 .0 1)。阅疗班阅疗后的 SDS、SAS总分低于阅疗前 (t=3.2 0 ,t=2 .89,P<0 .0 1) ,对照班三个月前后的 SDS、SAS总分无统计学显著差异。结论 :阅读疗法对解决大学生心理问题及提高大学生心理健康水平是有效的。 Objective: To improve the mental health of college students and to evaluate the efficacy of bibliotherapy. Methods: Two classes of the same grade were enrolled in our study. One was bibliotherapy class, and the other was a control class. SCL-90, SDS and SAS were measured and compared between the two classes. Results: In the study group, 10 factor scores of SCL-90 were significantly decreased compared with those before 3 months of bibliotherapy (P<0.01), and so were the total scores (P<0.05). There were also significant decrease in SDS and SAS after treatment (P<0.01).The control group, the factor scores were found different significantly before and after 3 months of period(P<0.01), but the total scores were not (P>0.05). No changes were found in SDS and SAS 3-months later (P>0.05). Conclusion: Bibliotherapy is helpful for mental health in the college students.
