摘要
以加工转子螺旋槽为例 ,构建了基于工程数据库的可转位式盘状成形铣刀的CAD系统 ,介绍了可转位式成形铣刀的设计原理、结构特点和加工仿真方法。该方法提高了刀具设计制造精度和生产效率 ,降低了资源消耗和成本。
By taking the spiral groove machining for example, a CAD system based on engineering database for designing disk-type profile cutter with indexable inserts is presented. The designing principles, the structure characteristics and the processing simulation method of the profile cutter with indexable inserts are introduced.
