摘要
新研制的冲孔式播种机在有秸杆覆盖的未耕地上播种,克服普通免耕播种机开沟器易堵草影响正常工作的严重问题。试验结果表明,结构合理工作可靠,工作阻力小,穴距、播种深度合格率高。工作速度为0.6m/s时,空穴率为9%,随工作速度的增加空穴率明显增大。
For resolving the block up caused by the weeds and crop residues on the opener, a new type punch planter was developed to plant maize in untilled soils. Field test showed that satisfactory planting of the seeds was achieved in an untilled field with up to 75 ~ 85% residue cover. The percentage of no-seed placement in the holes was about 9% at 0.6m / s planter velocity and increased as the travel speed increased.
