支配鸡睾丸脊髓腹角神经元的定位——HRP法

LOCALIZATION OF NEURONS INNERVATED THE TESTIS IN THE VENTRAL HORN OF THE SPINAL CORD OF THE MALE CHICKEN-A HRP STUDY

将CB-HRP注入鸡一侧睾丸内,通过逆行追踪证明支配鸡睾丸的脊髓腹角神经元出现干T_2-L_3髓节,高峰在T_7髓节。标记细胞主要位于腹角的腹内侧腹外侧(97.39％),少见于腹角的背内侧(2.61％),为大、中型神经元,均径为35×28μm。

CB-HRP was injected into the unilateral testis of the male chicken and traced with retrograde transport, the nearons that innervated the testis were labelled in the ventral horn of the spinal cord. The labelled cells were located in the segments T_2-L_3of the spinal cord, most of them located in the segments T_7and L_1. They were round or elliptical, their average dimeters were 35 × 24um.
