复方壮骨胶囊质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standard for Compound Zhuanggu Capsule

目的 建立复方壮骨胶囊质量标准。方法 采用 TL C法对淫羊藿、牛膝和骨碎补进行了鉴别 ,用HPL C法测定淫羊藿苷的含量。采用 Zorbax C1 8柱流动相为 CH3CN∶ H2 O( 30∶ 70 ) ,检测波长 2 70 nm。结果 TL C色谱斑点清晰。淫羊藿苷在 0 .0 1888～ 0 .0 94 4 mg/ m L 范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均加样回收率98.4 9% ,RSD=2 .2 7%。结论 所建立的方法简便可行 ,重现性好 ,为复方壮骨质量控制提供了方法。

Objective To establish quality standard for Compound Zhuanggu Capsule.Methods Herba Epimedii,Redix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Rhizoma Drynariae in this medicine were identified by TLC. Icariin in Compound Zhuanggu Capsule was determined by HPLC,using Zorbax C 18 column and CH 3CN∶H 2O(30∶70) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 270nm.Results The TLC spots developed were quite clear . Icariin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.018 88～0.094 4 mg/mL.The average recovery rate of Icariin was 98.49% and RSD was 2.27%.Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Compound Zhuanggu Capsule.
