摘要
目的 研究愈风宁心胶囊对大鼠脑缺血缺氧的保护作用 ,以及对盐酸异丙肾上腺素致小鼠心肌缺血缺氧和正常小鼠缺氧的保护作用。方法 建立结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉的大鼠脑缺血缺氧模型、盐酸异丙肾上腺素致小鼠心肌缺血和正常小鼠耐缺氧模型 ,观察愈风宁心胶囊对其存活时间的影响来评判愈风宁心胶囊对动物缺血缺氧的保护作用。结果 愈风宁心胶囊 ( 0 .4 2 86 ,1.0 714 g· kg- 1 ) ig给药能明显延长双侧颈总动脉结扎大鼠的存活时间 ,提高对盐酸异丙肾上腺素致小鼠心肌缺血的保护作用 ,延长正常小鼠的耐缺氧时间。结论 愈风宁心胶囊对动物缺血缺氧具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate protective effect of Yufengningxin capsule on rat cerebral ischemia and hypoxia,mouse myocardial ischemia induced by isoprenaline and normal hypoxia mice. Method The three animal models were established including rat cerebral ischemia and hypoxia model induced by ligation of diplo-side Carotid, mouse myocardial ischemia induced by isoprenaline and normal hypoxia mice. The survival time was calculated to appraise the protective effect of Yufengningxin capsule on animal model for ischemia and hypoxia injury. Result Intragastric administration with Yufengningxin capsule (0.428 6,1.071 4 g·kg -1 )could prolong the survival time of ischemia rat induced by ligation of diplo-side Carotid, increase the effect of mouse myocardial ischemia induced by isoprenaline and prolong the bearing time of normal hypoxia mice.Conclusion Yufengningxin capsule showed significant protective effect on animal model for ischemia and hypoxia injury.
