摘要
针对交界面断裂问题,采用光弹材料用“二次浇注法”制做了含交界面的实验模型,并进行了光弹实验.在分析过程中,我们在此问题的理论解中加入了一个待定的与材料性质有关的非奇异项σ_0,而后结合光弹理论形成了一个数值达代方程.采用 Newton-Raphson 迭代法,在代入了三组光弹实验所得到的数据:光弹条纹级次 N,坐标 r 值以及极角θ值之后,便可以将三个未知量 K_1,K_2,以及σ_0求解出来.利用此方法,我们讨论了 K 域的存在以及大小问题,之后,我们将所得的 K 值及σ_0代回到理论公式中,反算出相应的光弹条纹图,与实验结果进行了比较和研究,从而对理论解和适用性做出了一些结论.
A photoelastic experiment,aimed at the interface crack problem,was carried out by the photoelastic interface crack contained specimen which was made by“twice casting”method.In the analysis,an undertermined term σ_0 which is a function of material was added to the analytical solution.An iteration equation was formed by applying the photoelastic theory.Newton-Raphson itration method was em- ployed in solving K_1,K_2 and σ_0 after using three groups of data from the photoelastic experiments: fringe number N,coordinates r and θ.Kdomain was discussed,numerical calculation was accomplised which could generate the photoelastic patterns through image processing so that comparison can be made between the experiments and theoretical results.Some conclusions were given at the end of the paper.
