提出了用分配比例结构和投入比例结构调整直接消耗系数的方法,它不仅给出了分配结构或投入结构合理部门的调整法,而且也给出了分配或投入比例不合理部门的局部调整法.

In this paper,we have applied structure of distribution and input to kegulate direct consumable coefficient.We have not only given the regulative way on rational structure of distribution and input,have but also given the party regulative way on no rational structure of distribution and input.
