摘要
石蜡一直存在难乳化及乳液稳定性差的问题。本文就工业用58#石蜡的乳化及其影响因素进行了探讨。实验表明:乳化剂的选择及用量、乳化温度、乳化时间、搅拌速度、乳化水的用量及加入方式等均影响着石蜡的乳化及其乳液的稳定性。另外还探讨了稳定剂的加入对乳液稳定性的影响。
Paraffin emulsion always has the problems of hard emulsifying and bad stability. In this paper, we discussed the factors that affect the paraffin emulsion, indicating that the selection and dosages of the emulsifying agent, the emulsifying temperature and time, the stirring speed, the dosages and adding styles of the emulsifying water affected the stability of the paraffin emulsion. In addition, the adding of stabilizing agent was also discussed.
