摘要 过氧亚硝酸盐 (ONOO )是一氧化氮衍生物 ,由一氧化氮和超氧阴离子反应生成 ,它是很强的生物氧化剂 ,具有高的反应活性和不稳定性。本文评述了过氧亚硝酸盐的形成、生物地位、分解、测定 ,重点介绍过氧亚硝酸盐化学发光研究以及与二氧化碳的反应 ,并对其发展前景进行展望。引用参考文献 15 2篇。 Peroxynitrite is a derivative of nitric oxide and formed by the rapid diffusion controlled reaction between nitric oxide and superoxide. It is highly reactive and unstable oxidant. In this review, the main discussions include the formation, biological consequences, decomposition and measurement of peroxynitrite. Moreover, the peroxynitrite chemiluminescence and its reaction with CO 2 are focused. The future prospects are described in brief. 152 references are cited in this paper.
