摘要
改良笔者开发的大气中硝基多环芳烃的超高感度化学发光 /HPLC法 (旧法 ,AnalChimAc ta ,2 0 0 1,4 45 :2 0 5~ 2 12 ,AnalSci,2 0 0 3,19:2 4 9~ 2 5 3) ,增加能过分析的硝基多环芳烃种类。方法 (1)延长浓缩时间从 2 0~ 4 0min至 16~ 6 0min。 (2 )增加一个 15 0mm的分离柱使分析柱的长度由旧法的 2 5 0mm增至 4 0 0mm。 (3)由旧法的有机溶剂定比例游离法改为逐渐增加有机溶剂比例的勾配游离法。结果和讨论 同定了旧法中的 3个未知峰谱并使分析对象的硝基多环芳烃的种类由旧法的 11种增至 2 2种。
A method using high-performance liquid chromatography with chemiluminescence detection for analyzing nitropolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAHs) in airborne particulates was developed (Anal Chim Acta,2001,445: 205~212) and improved (Anal Sci,2003,19: 249~253). Here,we describe a new method which is capable of analyzing several additional compounds (ten NPAHs). By increasing the loading time of the sample solution from 16 to 60 min,by increasing a separator column (4 6 i.d. X 150 mm),and by using a gradient elution method,twenty-two NPAHs were effectively separated in a benzene-ethanol extract from airborne particulates.
