救心胶囊对缺氧损伤内皮细胞黏附分子表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 犤目的犦以内皮细胞(EC)为研究对象,观察救心胶囊对缺氧损伤内皮细胞黏附分子释放的影响。犤方法犦运用免疫细胞化学技术,通过进行内皮细胞培养,观察内皮细胞缺氧损伤后,黏附分子(VCAM-1、ICAM-1)在细胞浆的表达情况。犤结果犦缺氧损伤使VCAM-1、ICAM-1表达显著升高。救心胶囊组,VCAM-1、ICAM-1表达显著降低。犤结论犦救心胶囊能显著降低黏附分子表达,保护内皮细胞免受炎症介质损伤。 Objective The mechanism of Jiuxin capsule on coronary heart disease (CHD)through observing the influence of Jiuxin capsule on the expression of adhesion molecule from injured endothelium cell by hypoxia.Methods Through cultivating endothelium cell in vitro,the expression of adhesion molecule (VCAM-1,ICAM-1)in cytoplasm was observed by immunochemistry in hypoxia injured endothelium cell.Result The expression of adhesion molecule increased markedly after endothelium cell was injured by hypoxia,and Jiuxin capsule coul inhibit .Conclusion Jiuxin capsule can markedly decrease the expression of adhesion molecule of endothelium cell,and protect the endothelium cell against injured by inflammation mediater.
