摘要
犤目的犦通过观察丹酚酸-B对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的实验观察探讨其作用机制。[方法]将实验动物分为5组,假手术组、模型组、卡托普利组、复方丹参片组、丹酚酸-B组分别给于不同处理因素。[结果]丹酚酸-B可降低RI大鼠血浆AT-1、ET、TXA2、TNF、Ca2+水平,提高PGI2、SOD水平,明显优于复方丹参片组及模型组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹酚酸-B具有较好的RI心肌细胞保护作用。
ObjectiveThe present study was designed to investigate the protective mechanism of Salvoid acid B against acute myocardial injury induced by ischemia/reperfusion in rats.MethodsExperimental animals were randomized to 5 groups,receiving sham operation,model preparation,Captopril,FufangDanshen PianTablet of complex prescription of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,and Salviol acid B respectively.ResultsSalviol acid B Could decrease the plasma level of AF-1,ET,TXA2,TNF and Ca2+ and increase PGI2 and SOD in rats.Its action was markedly superior to that in FufangDanshen Pian and model group.P<0.05.ConclusionSalviol acid B possesses better protective effect for myocardial cell during ischemia/reperfusion.Key word:myocardial injury;ischemia/reperfusion;Salviol acid B;rat€
