本文对掌叶大黄承珠盘的分化与发育进行了系统的观察,并利用组织化学方法鉴定其细胞壁的性质,证明含纤维素及果胶类物质,掌叶大黄的承珠盘可能具机械障壁及水份供应等作用.

Differentiation and development of the hypostase were observed inRheum palmabum L..Its cell components were proved to be celluloseand pectin by mean of histochemical methods.The hypostase of Rheumpalmatum L.may possibly have two functions,mechanical barrier andsupply of water and other materials.
